In an effort to kill the Second Amendment through taxation, U.S. Rep. Carolyn Maloney has proposed two anti-second amendment bills. The first Firearm Industry Crime and Trafficking Accountability Act would require every firearm manufacturer to create a monitoring system to track crimes committed with guns they have sold, using ATF gun trace data. This impossible task is designed to create such a financial burden on gun manufacturers that many would go out of business.
