As we move closer to the important August 8 primary vote I hope you are taking this election seriously. During my eight years in the Mississippi legislature I’ve come to know many of those seeking office. While I’ve made the decision to return to normal life I am glad to know there are patriots among us willing to continue the fight from within the belly of the beast.
It takes an extremely well grounded and confident person to withstand the pressures a newly elected legislator will face. Which is why it is so important that we choose strong, principled men and women to represent us in government.
Here is my list of candidates from around the state that need your support both financially and on election day.
Lauren Smith -Senate District 6
Walter Hopper -Senate District 19
Alan Sibley -Senate District 15
Ricky Caldwell -Senate District 9
John T. Williams -House District 28
Jamey Goodkind-House District 7
Chris Brown -Northern District Public Service Commissioner
Chris McDaniel -Lt. Governor
Robert Foster - Desoto County Supervisor
Matthew Barton - Desoto County District Attorney
Phil Harding - House District 115
Don Hartness - Senate District 42
Jeff Wallace is a good conservative man and should be in Jackson representing the conservatives of this great state.
What do you think about Carolyn Crawford? I live in her district and only hear from her at election time. Would Jeff Wallace be a better alternative? He went door to door to introduce himself to folks in this district.
