This is a good bill. Keeps Kroger from eliminating the small dairies from doing business. A goat owner in Desoto county cannot sell goat cheese because of large grocer chains have a monopoly on cheeses (😡). Make it legal for them to make a “living”.

9 cows isn't a dairy. That's a hobbyist. Barely that as I know hobby herders that had way more than that.

Who cares if it is 9 or 90 or 900, fix it for them to sell their goods. Farmers can pool their goods and make a living at it. Right?

I feel that the government has and is always trying to overstep it's boundaries when it comes to private businesses. We have way to many ~laws~ and way too many legislators dreaming up new crap bills in every legislative session so they can tell their constituents that they are doing something for their paychecks.

Why should advertising be banned?!? All other milk and faux milk products can advertise!!

THIS NEEDS TO BE REMOVED>>

""Requires non-advertised raw milk sales and adequate notice to consumers of the inherent risks of unprocessed dairy, while leaving the broader regulatory and fee structure for processed dairy intact.""

Putting a cap on the number of animals on the premise is ridiculous. There will always be some not being milked as they are creating new life. NO LIMITS ON NUMBERS OF ANIMALS!!!

Why do they think they have a right to tell you how many cows, goats, chickens, cockatoos, or any other thing you can have anyway? And 9 cows isn't even a herd
