The Mississippi State Senate passed the Regulate Experimental Adolescent Procedures (REAP) Act, House Bill 1125, to prevent child mutilation and to protect vulnerable children by prohibiting gender reassignment surgery and hormone replacement therapy for anyone under the age of 18.
